FINALLY IT'S HERE: My first novel "UNDER THE BED" is out today.
There are always strange sounds to get used to in a new house, but this
is a step beyond creaks and groans. Maybe Tom doesn't notice the banging that
comes from beneath the bed at night, but Jonah, his husband, sure does. Of
course, he doesn’t discover the fantastic world down there until after
Tom is kidnapped.
Underbedland defies Jonah’s imagination and excites his senses. He soon meets
Jock Strap and his boyfriend, Peter Heater. In his search for Tom, Jonah also
meets Penny Tration, a sorceress who reveals that her sister, Selma Granma, took
Tom to live with her on an island in the middle of the Inky Sea. Unfortunately,

she’ll do anything to get it. Before they can catch their breath, Jonah and his
friends take on another mission: replace the power source that keeps Selma Granma confined to the island. The liberty and happiness of the residents of hang in the balance.

A swimmer has to be disciplined, but occasionally that discipline lapses.
Clint has just moved to the wealthy suburb of Mount Lawley. As an avid swimmer one of the first things he does is investigate the local public swimming pool. The smell of chlorine and the small children chasing each other around the indoor swimming pool are all familiar to Clint. So, too, are the many lanes of people swimming a seemingly never-ending circuit of laps. However, once he enters the men’s changing room and begins to undress he discovers an environment different from the public swimming pool where he used to swim.
He discovers two men who seem to be taking an inordinately long time to dry themselves. Upon closer inspection Clint finds that the men are doing more than drying off. The realization of what they are actually doing is titillating and Clint finds himself being drawn into their little game of flirtation. However, this is merely an introduction to the other delights of the men’s changing room. Clint does manage to complete his 80 laps the pool, but what happens after he returns to the changing rooms is something he will never forget.
It will certainly make training five nights a week all the more fun.

A big rig. A rainy evening. A trucker pulls into a roadside diner looking for a hot meal, a room of his own and a comfortable bed for the night. Well, two out of three ain’t bad considering what he ends up with instead.
The life of a trucker can be lonely - endless hours on a highway that seems to stretch into forever. It is evening and the looming grey clouds have opened up and are releasing a torrent of water. All Hannes wants to do is to find somewhere to have a hot meal and get a comfortable bed for the night. He pulls into the first diner he sees and goes inside to ask about a room. Unfortunately for him the last room has just been taken by another trucker. No worries, he thinks. He orders a hot meal and takes a seat at a nearby booth. While filling in time until his food arrives he checks out the menu, but is interrupted by a deep voice. “Buddy, I’m sorry about the room.” He looks up and knows, almost immediately, that this is not going to be the usual overnighter.

The Collection
My latest 7 chapter novella is called "The Collection". David is thankful to survive a plane crash and to make it ashore to an unknown island in the middle of nowhere.
